Andrew guides clients through their legal challenges with honest, straightforward, and results-driven strategies. His expertise includes association matters, first-party property insurance, personal injury, landlord-tenant disputes, real estate transactions, breaches of contract, lemon law, construction, and corporate governance.
Before founding Ampere Law Firm, Andrew attended Florida International University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and demonstrated the skills and work ethic needed to be competitive in the legal profession, earning the Certificate in Pre-Law Skills and Professional Values. He went on to earn his J.D. with honors from St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law. During his time in law school, he received the CALI Award for excellence in Criminal Law and served as President of the Federalist Law Society, reflecting his dedication to both academic excellence and leadership within the legal community. He also earned a Certificate in Real Estate Law, expanding his credentials in property and transactional matters.
After becoming admitted to the Florida Bar, Andrew became a top-producing litigator at one of Florida’s largest law firms, Cole, Scott & Kissane. There, he represented Florida’s largest property insurance companies and gained experience handling cases in an effective and organized manner while under pressure, as he was the handling attorney for hundreds of cases. His representation consisted of appearing in court for motion hearings, handling the process of discovery, engaging in settlement negotiations, and taking cases up to and through trial. All the while, Andrew made sure to keep the client updated and informed at all times.
Today, Andrew serves as general counsel to numerous condominium and homeowner associations across Florida, advising on governance, legal compliance, and risk management. He is also trusted outside counsel to various businesses offering guidance on corporate structure, operations, and legal strategy. Other legal matters Andrew handles include representing landlords with tenant disputes, as well as representing business and homeowners in disputes involving contractors and construction.
Andrew is deeply committed to community service and has led impactful pro bono efforts, particularly for elderly clients facing exploitation through predatory contracts, identity theft, and undue influence. His advocacy has helped vulnerable individuals reclaim their rights and regain control over their property.
Beyond his legal practice, Andrew is an avid reader and manages investment properties in multiple states. His hands-on experience enhances his ability to serve real estate investors and business-minded clients with a unique, practical perspective. With strong legal insight, business acumen, and a deep commitment to client success, Andrew stands out as a reliable and resourceful legal advisor for clients across Florida and beyond.
